Purchaser

1) Responsible for card purchases in Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Mexico, Malaysia, Russia, Turkey and other countries (depends on allocation by HOD).
2) Constantly ensure all card issues are well managed.
3) Shop for the best available deals on required items by looking up the prices from multiple suppliers to obtain the required items at the lowest available price.
4) Process purchase orders, update on SEAGM platform as needed to record purchases made when money has been paid, and all other relevant information.
5) Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
6) Filling out all necessary purchase orders.
7) Constantly keep in check of inventory levels and ensure that the inventory if fully stocked and supplied.
8) Tracking and controlling of the card purchase expenses to align with the budget made in previous week.
9) Check card problem with supplier/publisher support and find alternative solution for the card issues.
10) Liaise and follow up with fraud support team on fraud-related card issues.
11) Assist in onboarding new products.
12) Assisting to build up purchasing and card related information.
13) Price setting for card.

**; Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Possess at least SPM / STPM certificate
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal communication)
- Analytical skills - Ability to collect and analyze information, problem solving and make decisions.
- Attention to detail - Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.

Clear communication skills - Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly and as intended.
- Effective procurement skills - Ability to realize the opportunity to reduce costs and support a stronger, more sustainable and positive business environment for company. Ability to conduct comparative price analysis, to compare pricing between the supplier to bring the greatest profit to the company.
- Forecasting skills - Ability to make accurate predictions about the future. Ability to conduct quantitative analysis, to forecast the supply and demand and to avoid out of stock / to avoid too much product which will cause obsolete products
- Interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate, build relationships and work well with others
- Inventory management. Ability to uphold optimum inventory to be able to meet its necessities and avoid over or under inventory that can impact the monetary statistics of the company. Ability to conduct product analysis to understand product sellability and clear the obsolete stock.
- Negotiation - Able to deal with others to arrive at mutually acceptable resolution. Ability to negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals for the company.
- Organizational skills - Ablility to stay focused on different tasks, and use time, energy, strength, mental capacity, physical space, etc. effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the desired outcome.
- Planning - Ability to consider what’s the best possible outcome, what’s your least acceptable offer and what you will do if an agreement isn’t reached.
- Problem solving - Ability to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution.

- Research - Ability to collect data and research a topic. This can involve reviewing spreedsheet, researching online, collecting data and looking at competitor information. Ability to research new cards and identify the card quality.
