**Job Description: Events Manager**

As the Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events to meet organizational objectives and enhance brand reputation. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event management, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation, ensuring smooth operations, and exceptional guest experiences. The Events Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver successful events that align with the company's goals and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning and Strategy**:

- Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives aligned with the organization's overall marketing and business goals.
- Create detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they adhere to financial constraints and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct research on potential event venues, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating contracts and securing necessary arrangements.
- Event Coordination and Execution:Coordinate all logístical aspects of events, including catering, transportation, accommodation, audio-visual equipment, and guest registrations.
- Manage event staff, ensuring they are well-informed about their roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee event setup, teardown, and on-site troubleshooting to maintain a seamless experience for attendees.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective event promotion strategies and materials.
- Utilize various marketing channels to reach the target audience and boost event attendance.
- Monitor the event's online presence, social media activity, and engagement, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.

**Budget and Finance Management**:

- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Analyze event costs and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize future events and cost-efficiency.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth coordination and execution of events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

**Risk Management and Compliance**:

- identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them during event planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and safety guidelines.

**Post-Event Evaluation**:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze attendee feedback, metrics, and data to derive insights for future events.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).**:

- **3-5 Years Experience as Event Manager for a Luxury Hotel or Resort Preferred.**:

- Proven experience as an Events Manager or in a related event management role.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
