Assists guest and patrons by unfailingly opening and closing car doors as well as Lobby Entrance Door.
- Greets the guests and offers assistance, directs guests to the registration desk and waits till room has been assigned by the Guest Service Assistant.
- Accompanies guests to the assigned room and explains all the facilities in the room.
- Informs and sells to the guests Food & Beverage facilities.
- Store guest luggage/ items accordingly in the store room.
- Issues claim tag for luggage/ items stored in the store room.
- On check-outs, carries the baggage down to the lobby and directs the guests to the cashier.
- Loads the luggage into the car/ taxi, counting the pieces of luggage and confirm with the guests.
- Deliver messages, parcels, packages, mails and faxes to the guest’s room.
- Deliver morning newspapers to all guest’s room.
- Runs errands, morning calls and carries baggage on room transfers.
- Keeps close contact with the receptionist and co-ordinates matters with them as and when necessary.
- Station at respective area designated by Concierge Assistant.
- Fully aware or hotel emergency procedures and always be alert and be prepared at all times if any situation arise.
- Be aware of all hotel facilities, its operating hours and current promotions taking place, to facilitate guests with information.
- Maintain the image of the individual by considering good mannerism, discipline and hotel grooming standard.
- Keep updated with current functions and events for the day and arrival of VIPs for the day.
- Records all important matters and events in the log book.
- Helps keep lobby and porch area clean and in order.
- Sees to it that “No Parking” areas are clear to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
- Reports to the Chief Concierge / Duty Manager any and all unusual circumstances occurring in the lobby and floor area.
- Assigned in the luggage/ baggage storing.
- Places orders for daily newspapers (afternoon/ night shift).
- Clean and polishes all metal surfaces.
- Performs Doorman duties and other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Bellman: 1 year (preferred)
- working experience in four or five stars hotel: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Chinese (preferred)
