1. Prepare quotation letters, confirmation letters, catering contract and upkeep/trace of group files. 2. Prepare Travel Agent / Tour Operators contracts for Sales Team. 3. Prepare corporate letters for Director of Sales & Marketing or Sales Manager 4. Handle all incoming and outgoing mails 5. Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department on a timely manner. 6. Assists the Sales Manager/ Executives to follow up on all matters in the absence of the Sales Manager/ Executives. 7. Ensures services provided are always carried out according to defined standards with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in the Department Operation Manual. 8. Maintains a detailed knowledge of resort facilities, features and services. 9. Assists the Sales Executive to follow-up on all matters in the absence of the Sales Executive. 10. Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent product knowledge of the resort. 11. Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Sales Managers/ Executives. 12. Prepares, compiles and distributes the weekly/ monthly reports in a timely manner. 13. Ensures the events log book is being accurately maintained. 14. Assists in the compilation of market surveys and competitor researches report. 15. Assists in the distributions of relevant resort information to clients when required.
