Working Days: 5 days

Location : Batu 3 Centro Building Klang

Nature of Business: Established in food manufacturing company

Assist the cleansing, validation, and migration of procurement master data (vendors, materials, pricing,etc.) during the transition period.
- Participate in system testing (UAT) and provide feedback on procurement workflows and configurations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation during the transition phase.
- Support the preparation of transition-related reports, including open POs, order status, and spend analysis.
- Identify and report system or process issues to the transition team for resolution.
- Communicate changes or impacts due to the system transition as necessary.
- Provide practical input on optimizing procurement workflows and documentation in the new S/4Hanasystem.
- Share observations and suggest enhancements to improve procurement efficiency post go-live.
- Provide support in other areas of procurement and assist in ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Requirement

At least a Diploma in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in related field.
- Experience supporting or participating in EPR transitions is highly preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
