Now we’re looking for BDM to bring a strong culture of privacy and ethics to Softline. You’ll be a part of our Global Sales Team.
Job overview: BDM - Cloud Services will be responsible to achieve his/her annual quota of Revenue for the Region that they’re responsible. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Platform (other Clouds would be an advantage). This role is highly customer focused, challenging and result oriented, which requires experience in working with Cross-functional teams and to be able to work in a growing organization.
What you’ll do:
- To achieve his/her annual quota of Services Revenue & GP for the Region that they’re responsible.
- Develop a Services growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Work with GDC (Global Delivery Center) Team to drive specific MSP goals.
- APN management.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Work with Account Management Team to build the business in their set of Accounts.
- Responsible to create RFP’s with customer and sell GDC Services.
- Promote GDC Services internally to sales team to achieve the set revenue & GP targets.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices & Gross Profits.
- Get involved in customer POC’s with help of Presales team and making sure we meet the success criteria.
- Planning and executing new marketing initiatives to build the Business.
- Work with customer to identify more opportunities to sell Cloud Services.
- Identify new accounts to sell Services.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Work with Presales team to create estimate and help AM’s.
- Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.
Profile requirements:
- A minimum 5+ years of experience in selling Services
- Strong background of selling Cloud Solutions and Services.
- Effective & Good presentation skills.
- Experience in working with Large Team and has to be a Good Team player.
