**Role Title**:Junior Test Analyst
- Conducts a variety of tests and analyses to ensure that systems meet or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
- Works closely with key stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements to develop test plans, test cases and scripts.
- Identifies defects and recommends appropriate course of action; performs root cause analyses.
- Retests after fixes are made to ensure problems are resolved.
- Documents, evaluates, and researches test results for future replication.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements process improvements to enhance testing strategies.
- Requires basic understanding of how own area integrates within IT/vendor testing to achieve objectives and convey test results.
- Requires sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
- Maintain test data across different test environments.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

**Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors**
- Preferably having Transaction Banking and cash management knowledge
- Preferably having hands on experience in banking industry and project management.
- Experience in managing and executing UAT for BAU patches/enhancement/project.
- Detail oriented, highly analytical, willing to learn and committed.
- Able to highlight and escalate for the issues that impacting testing progress.
- Able to understand interdependencies and effect on critical paths.
- Self-starter, “can-do” attitude, customer centric mindset, highly adaptable and can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
