**Job Description**:

- Support regions and branches in increasing project quality by ensuring adherence to all the relevant instructions and standards of the Vehicle Tracking System.
- Accumulation and sharing best practices from the regions regarding solution approach and usage
- Actively contribute to the team and product improvements by identifying trends
- Monitor security aspects of the product
- Provide guidance and best practices to implementation project
- Provide technical support and training to Acetrack customers and users
- Participate in lessons learned / post project review meetings and product’s implementation
- Develop and test software in accordance with requirements, test cases and design documentations
- Maintain and fix bugs
- Provide all level support
- Maintain an awareness of new technologies and their applicability to improving the framework and business
- Proactively work to develop and maintain good working relationships within the department, company and customers
- Perform 24 x 7 on call Server and software support
