**Job Summary**:
The Document Control Officer will be responsible for managing, preparing, and submitting a variety of documents to support our operational and compliance needs. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent written English proficiency and significant experience in handling official documentation in a professional capacity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately prepare, format, and submit official documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain thorough and organised documentation and records for all submissions.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal departments to gather necessary information for document preparation.
- Manage deadlines and prioritise document submissions to meet required timelines.
- Address any issues or queries related to documentation swiftly and professionally.
- Assist in developing and refining internal documentation processes to improve efficiency.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive documents.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in preparing and managing official documentation in an administrative or similar role.
- Excellent command of written English with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspaces
- and document management systems.
- Familiarity with other relevant software, such as Adobe Acrobat or specialised document submission platforms, is preferred.
- Educational background: Diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards is a plus.
