Serve as the centralized point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Coordinate and support internal departments and external vendor to ensure seamless execution of customer orders or inquiries.
- Follow up on operational issues, ensure it is resolve and revert back to the customer.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with key customers and vendor.
- To manage, analyse and make accurate data report to the customer and internal departments.
- Key in necessary information into the system, verify costs and issue an invoice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects where you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, working closely with managers and team members to ensure successful outcomes.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent task management skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn new task.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Willingness to travel to operation site and support.
- Knowledge of the courier industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
