Bar Supervisor

Job Scope: Supervisor

Objective:
To manage and ensure the smooth daily operations of assigned outlets (Pool Bar, Retail, Beverage & Ice cream), while driving performance to achieve business revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pool Bar, Retail, Beverage, and Ice Cream outlets.
- Ensure all areas are adequately staffed and staff are performing to required standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and health regulations.

Stock Management
- Stock Ordering: Accurately forecast and place orders for stock based on sales trends and operational needs.
- Stock Receiving: Ensure correct and timely receipt of goods, verify quality and quantity against purchase orders.
- Stock Inventory: Conduct regular stock counts, monitor usage, minimize wastage, and investigate discrepancies.

Business Management
- Monitor daily sales and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Provide input on pricing, promotions, and product assortment.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and stock movement.

Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all outlets.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
- Conduct briefings, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
