Job Responsibilities:

- Keep full set of financial accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Preparation of monthly management report, AR/AP monthly reports
- Manage all aspect of Accounts Receivable and Payable function
- To prepare and responsible for group accounts and Cash Flow forecast
- Handle all matters relating to SST
- Responsible for handling full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, processing payable, receivable, journal vouchers, petty cash, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc
- Prepare related accounting reports in a timely manner to meet all regulatory submission requirements
- Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up to date at all times
- Oversee treasure and banking operations as well as handing audit and taxation matters
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax agents and other financial and regulatory authorities
- To perform and other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
- Assist in any other task as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

- At least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy
- Require langue(s): Mandarin, English
- Possess minimum 4 years’ working experience in financial and management reporting
- Able to start working immediately/ in short notice
- Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantage
- Mature, self-motivated, result oriented and able to work as a team member
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to direct, supervise and coach subordinates, multi-task, manage resource usage efficiently and prioritise task for timely completion
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
