**Overview on this position**:
This position is offered you with Basic Salary and High Commission Scale.

You will serve online and walk-in customers at our Hamel’s branches to give customers information about our products and services (car tinted, costing, and PPF), manage customer queries and complaints, ask to process orders, escalate complaints across a number of communication and acts as having a role in front-end sales at the branch.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels (WhatsApp/FB phone calls and Instagram etc.)
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and close sales.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support from customer review feedback.

Job Requirements:
High school Diploma or college degree, or working towards a degree is helpful for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered.
2-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred
Age 35 and below
A successful associate will be results-oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Cheerful personality for phone/in-person sales
Ambition to succeed
General digital literacy
Self-Motivator
Ability to multi-task
Passion, courtesy, and articulation
Ability to learn quickly
Service-minded, ambitious, and friendly
Ability to work 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday
Saturday work from home.
