**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1. **Sales Management**:_
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales quotas.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
- **2. **Marketing Campaigns**:_
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- **3. **Offline Marketing**:_
- Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop offline collateral including brochures, flyers, and posters.
- **4. **Online Marketing**:_
- Manage company website and optimize content for search engines to improve online visibility.
- Oversee social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of both offline and online marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
