**The Opportunity**

Are you a natural leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a results-driven Workshop Manager to take full ownership of our workshop's performance. You will be the driving force behind a high-performing team, responsible for optimizing every aspect of our operations—from workflow efficiency and quality control to financial management and customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role where your strategic vision and hands-on management will directly contribute to the growth and reputation of Finbond Group.

**What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)**

1. The main responsibility of the Workshop Manager is to proactively develop and manage the workshop business and operations to maximize customer satisfaction, as well as business performance contributing to the profitable growth of Finbond Group. The Workshop Manager ensures that daily work is manage efficiently among all the workshop employees.

2.Set routines for planning, follow up work given to workshop teams and carry out regular meetings with the management

3. Verify there is an efficient flow of authorized work in the workshop, ensuring quality and documentation

4.Develop, implement and monitor standards and routines, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness within the workshop

5. Monitor the ongoing condition of workshop tools and equipment, arranging purchase, repair and calibration

6.Coordinate with other departments such as procurement and inventory to ensure that the Spare Parts availability for the work

7.Coordinate with the Customer Services department for repair or troubleshooting tasks related to customers' machinery, which are brought back to the workshop for servicing.

8.Enable a team-based approach ensuring open and effective communication within the workshop to achieve common business objectives

9.Manage and analyse the workshop’s running costs and expenditure budget

10. Set, monitor, maintain and follow up KPIs

11. Analyse current standards to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop

12.Proactively initiate improvement activities, ensuring conditions are in place to achieve workshop goals

13.Responsible for overall management, supervision and control of the workshop operations in accordance with the policies and procedures set.

Any ad-hoc task that has been assigned.

**What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Skills)**
- Proven experience in a workshop management or supervisory role, preferably within the heavy machinery, automotive, or a related industrial sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent business acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and KPI analysis.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Any certificate that are related to the field is highly desirable.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- USJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Heavy Machinery : 3 years (preferred)
