QA Team Lead

**Responsibilities**
- **Lead a team of QA engineers to new heights. **You’ll be their mentor, their motivator, and their visionary leader, pushing them to break through boundaries, embrace innovation, and tackle challenges head-on.
- **Be the architect of our testing strategy.** You’ll design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge test frameworks that align with our product goals and set the industry standard. Collaboration will be your superpower as you partner with developers and stakeholders, ensuring precision and care is applied to every platform—web, mobile, API, and backend.
- **Go beyond manual testing.** You’ll lead the charge in test automation, adopting the latest tools and technologies like low-code and AI-driven solutions. You’ll be the driving force behind continuous testing, making sure our processes are as seamless as possible.
- **Imagine QA metrics that tell a story. **You’ll build the systems to track our progress, measure success, and keep us always improving. And through it all, you’ll instill a security-first mindset in the team, making sure that every test we run shields our products from potential threats.
- **As the captain of this ship, you’ll identify risks before they become problems, navigating around obstacles to keep product quality high and timelines on track. **You’ll be the explorer, always staying ahead of the curve, researching the latest trends, tools, and technologies in QA and test automation, ensuring we’re not just keeping up but leading the way.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of experience in software quality assurance**, with at least **2 years in a leadership **or management role.
- Proven experience with **test automation frameworks and tools**, such as **Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.**:

- Strong knowledge of s**oftware development life cycles, continuous integration**, and continuous delivery practices.
- **Experience with low-code automation platforms **and **AI-based testing tools, such as Autify, Testim, Katalon Studio.**:

- Solid understanding of **agile methodologies** and experience working in agile teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**What’s good to have**
- Experience in the fintech industry or with financial trading platforms.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) or agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
- Experience with agile project management frameworks.
- Technical skills outside the test automation domain, for example, in Linux system administration or database administration.
