Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive (Content Creator & Live Host)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales and Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving sales while creating engaging content. This individual will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, producing content for social media, hosting live sessions to promote products, and ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

2. Manage sales pipelines, leads, and conversion tracking.

3. Maintain and expand relationships with current and prospective customers.

4. Collaborate with team members to design promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

5. Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing campaign results.

Content Creation

1. Plan, create, and schedule creative content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

2. Produce high-quality visual and written content to promote products and brand awareness.

3. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to produce relevant and engaging content.

4. Work with graphic designers and photographers/videographers to enhance visual storytelling.

Live Hosting

1. Host live sessions on social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers.

2. Present product features, benefits, and usage clearly and persuasively.

3. Address live questions and feedback from viewers in a professional and friendly manner.

4. Strategize live session schedules to maximize audience engagement and sales.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred).

2. Proven experience in sales, marketing, and/or content creation.

3. Comfortable and confident in front of a camera for live hosting.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.

6. Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.

7. Good command of English and Malay (both written and spoken).

8. Basic video editing and graphic design skills are a plus.
