**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing schedule and goal planning for VTuber talents;
- Overseeing and coordinating the production progress of materials such as illustrations and other related assets
- Planning and executing products and events for the talents in charge
- Assisting in tech support and troubleshooting

**Requirements**:
**Required skills, experience and arrangement**:

- Able to work on a flexible schedule to operate on talent’s working hours
- Interest in the VTuber industry
- English proficiency at a native level
- Experienced working in sales or management

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Experiences working in the entertainment industry.
- Experience in creative production such as illustrations, videos, etc.
- Experience in event planning and production
