**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESULT AREA**

**A. Recruitment & HR Services Support**
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Prepare employment-related letters and documentation.
- Assist in updating HR records and maintaining filing systems.
- Support HR daily operations and respond to internal HR-related queries.

**B. Administrative & Coordination Tasks**
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related events.
- Ensure all HR documents are properly filed and organized both physically and digitally.

**C. Talent Development & Engagement Support**
- Assist the Talent Development & Management team in planning and organizing internal training programs.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venue, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Support the execution of employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in collecting feedback and preparing post-training/engagement reports.

**D. Learning & Development**
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to gain broader HR knowledge and skills.
- Observe and learn HR best practices within a structured mentorship environment.

Any other ad hoc tasked aside from these functional duties by the HR Services team and or the Talent Management Team.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES**
- **Qualification/ Formal Education** - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- **Desired experience/exposure** - i) Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent ii) Working experience 0-3 years but willing to learn

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
