**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in defining project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create functional requirements specifications and user stories for projects in initiation.
- Design and create user flow diagrams, gantt and milestone charts.
- Oversee and lead teams to ensure that project scopes and milestones are met.
- Review project deliverables for completeness and quality, with mínimal guidance
- Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and relationships effectively.
- Organizes the appropriate software development methodology rituals according to the projects requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessment on assigned projects and determine the appropriate plan of action and contingencies.
- Motivate the assigned team and resolve any conflicts that may arise during the course of a project effectively.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in management-related fields.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent.
- Good, clear, and concise communication skills with a strong command in spoken and written English.
- Experience in managing projects with technical teams is a plus.
- Self-reliant, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Charismatic, persuasive, confident and approachable traits during client interactions.
