- Assist in analyzing and improving business processes through technology solutions.
- Conduct research on the latest technology trends and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to identify technical requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Help maintain and organize company databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing support for hardware or software-related inquiries.
- Participate in testing and deployment of IT systems, ensuring functionality and performance.
- Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to technology, automation, and process optimization

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a diploma, degree, or equivalent program in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
- Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting, systems analysis, or software testing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
