Supply Chain Assistant Manager

Issue PO & receiving for retail supporting.
- Issue TRF & adjustment for warehouse operation.
- Price sourcing & purchase for Non-Trade activities.
- Cover activities associated with the ordering, supply, delivery and shipment of materials and finished goods.
- To analyse purchase requisitions and ensure is received in an accurate and timely manner
- To monitor purchase orders (PO) issued. Accuracy in terms of delivery date, vendor, qty and SKU
- To follow up stock delivery closely. Able to expedite urgent stocks with buying team and supplier effectively
- Monitor and follow up pending order and delivery from local vendor
- To plan allocation order and stock delivery schedule effectively.
- Plan and perform cycle count and stock counts for all stores to ensure that it is completed according to the timeline.
- Follow up closely any stock discrepancies on inventory level and perform adjustment
- To handle supplier returns according to the process accurately.
- To oversee and administer SKU maintenance (create new SKU, UOM, correct cost and selling price, product description)
- To coordinate and assist the merchandising team on the discontinued products
- To maintain accuracy of product/supplier database
- To monitor accuracy of supplier invoice matching, transfer, production and disposal
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records (invoices transfer, production, disposal)
- Any other reasonable ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time
- To troubleshoot and provide solutions for supply chain operational issues including those related to GP and Dynamod.
- Prepare, maintain and update new and existing SOPs that are in-line with company policies
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents, price not matching, wrong receiving)
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per year

Schedule:
