They are responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing rental income. This role requires strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a team and adhere to legal and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Leasing:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

Create and manage property listings on various platforms.

Conduct property viewings and tours.

Negotiate lease terms and agreements with prospective tenants.

Tenant Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Manage lease renewals and ensure timely rent collection.

Address and resolve tenant issues and disputes.

Maintain positive relationships with tenants.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
