Our Company: Homlux Interior Furnishing Sdn Bhd is an Award-winning ID firm with 28 years of experience & ISO compliance. We are a commercial Interior Design firm specialising in workplace design. Our expertise covers a wide range of projects including corporate offices, universities, international schools, medical centres, hotels, F&B, club houses, retails, sales galleries & show units. Requirements: - Act as technical adviser on-site for sub-contractors, team members and general workers to deliver quality workmanship - Day to day management for on-site "ID & build" activities including planning of work schedules, monitoring the sites, the work of sub-contractors and preparing daily reports to Project Manager - Work closely with our Designers to complete the project on schedule, ensuring all materials used and work performed are within budget and in accordance with the specifications - Organize weekly progress meetings & provide solutions to resolve site issues Qualification: - Strong carpentry skills and ability to understand architecture & interior design construction methods and sequence - Good communication skills to deal with subcontractors, general workers & clients - Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design/Architecture - 2 years of working experience in ID Project Supervision or related field Rewards: Overseas study tours - Company trip annually - Loyalty & Role Model rewards annually - Basic + Allowance + incentive - Salary from RM3,000 to RM5,000/mth Career Development: We plan & build your career path - We provide coaching, on-the-job & leadership training Positive working environment: Family-liked culture - Weekly breakfast & birthday surprise - Employees Appreciation Night annually Benefits: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Supplemental pay types: - Attendance bonus - Yearly bonus We are an Interior Design firm with ISO Certification and International Award Winning, since 1995.
