Stamping Director

Lead and manage the production team under Stamping to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Design and develop stamping processes for new and existing products.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions for stamping operations.
- Select appropriate materials and tooling for stamping processes.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflow processes to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Plan and control budgets, costs, and expenditures within the department.

Requirements:

- Min 10 years of experience in progressive Die Set design & Metal Stamping Manufacturing.
- Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Able determine project schedule by studying project & Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating, resolving problems.
- Prepare and control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and collecting, analyzing, & summarizing information with recommending action

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
