Administrative Executive

1) Regular report preparation such as attendance, student list etc.
2) Accurate data entry of financial transaction.
3) Organize the financial and compliance documents, either hardcopy or softcopy, in orderly manner for accountants, auditors & for SST submission.
4) Update and manage the centralized invoicing and payment collection system.
5) Liaise with external party/stakeholder regarding incoming/outgoing payment
6) Prepare and compile the relevant documents of training programme required by third party (HRDCorp, Corporate etc)
7) Liase with relevant compliance organizations
8) Update the trial name list and monitoring the class schedule and class size on regular basis
9) Inventory Management
10) Procurement
11) Payroll Management
12) Assist in running the centre's event on regular basis, either online or offline including pre-event setup, registration, payment collection etc
13) Assist the coach as facilitator whenever it is necessary
14) Provide admin training to franchisees and other team members when necessary
15) Other duties as required by the management

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
