**About the internship**

**Job purpose**

AXA Group Operations is offering an exciting opportunity for young, dynamic individuals to join our **Business & Data Department products under Group Technology Operations and team in charge of Silva Program (Powered by ServiceNow a SaaS solution)**

**Main missions**

Your responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and supporting the project managers and Business Process Consultants of the Product Onboarding team.
- Preparing and supporting the execution of the team's weekly committee meetings.
- Supporting & Updating the Management Committee deck
- Monitoring and collecting evidence for Quality Management Framework audits for client projects
- Managing, under the responsibility of the Onboarding Manager, certain project deployment activities too
- Working in a team and across departments
- Participating in innovations and changes
- Support on multiple projects
- Interacting with various stakeholders and skill centers

In addition, You will develop:

- Your overall knowledge of ServiceNow
- Your IT project management skills
- Your ability to grow within an international group (relations with Europe & Asia.)
- Your learn basis of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes

**Expected skills & experience**

**Background**
- Education: Engineering School, Business School, University
- Specialization: Information Systems Management

**Hard skills**
- Experience in project management/coordination
- Understanding of ITIL
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow would be a plus

**Soft skills / transversal skills**
- Proficiency in oral and written communication (English)
- Autonomy and initiative
- Agility and responsiveness
- Organizational skills
