What to expect

In this role, you will be assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans tailored to optimize overall sales, growth, and profitability. You will contribute to Swift's success by driving product requirements and developing new business solutions based on customer needs.
- Assist in defining product/market requirements and developing improved/new product concepts and business solutions.
- Coordinate all aspects of marketing plans, including product launch projects, pricing, promotion, user documentation, and training.
- Suggest improvements to support products development through their lifecycle.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and share insights with other departments.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product implementation and execution.
- Foster relationships with customers to ensure solutions meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Continuously expand your knowledge to anticipate and prepare for business changes.

What will make you successful?

We are seeking professionals with:

- A university degree or equivalent in relevant field;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a product development environment, preferably in a Data & Services or Financial Industry sector;
- Proven ability to deliver results by analyzing relevant data;
- Strong operational excellence, setting clear standards for quality and customer happiness;
- Team player with good discipline, organized way of working and ability to work autonomously, remotely from some colleagues, and in an Agile context;
- Fast learner with a can-do attitude;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally, and ability to work with internal and external customers;
- Ability and desire to succeed in a diverse, multi-cultural environment, across varied geographies and teams;
- A good understanding of the Business Intelligence dynamics and tools (MicroStrategy in particular) is a plus;
- Exposure and knowledge on transactional and non-transactional data across Swift is a plus;
- Previous experience with working in Agile and with its associated tools (Confluence and Jira) is a plus.
