We are looking for a competent Event manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience. You’ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
Business negotiation: attract investment for holding events and online advertisements, and accomplish customer maintenance work;
Preliminary preparations: formulate event planning and implement plans according to requirements; negotiate over event venues, materials, etc.

On-site event execution and delivery of the event: responsible for venue arrangement, construction, conference affairs, solving on-site problems, etc.

Later follow-up: site material placement after the event, feedback on the completion of the event, etc.

**Job Requirements**:
Familiar with the online advertising model, and understanding of data analysis is preferred;
Experience in business development and investment promotion is preferred;
Bachelor Degree with min 5 years of experience in conference affairs;
complete experience in event execution or overall planning;
Outgoing personality, able to independently connect with guests or other parties;
Strong communication and coordination ability, strong adaptability;
with certain conference resources in the local area;
Must be fluent in English, Chinese is preferred.

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
