**FULLY WORK FROM HOME **

**Responsibilities**:

- Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax and grammar for both English and Cantonese.
- Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law
- Enforcement and General Business.
- Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous and
- sight translation modes.
- Perform other task as assigned Customer Support (English & Cantonese).

**Requirements**:

- Within the age group of 18 - 60 years old (Freshers & retirees are most welcomed too).
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not necessary.
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively & social media savvy.
- High Proficiency in Cantonese + English (verbal, written & comprehension skills)
