**Cover Area: Kuching + Outstation**
- To assist training manager in preparing training materials, follow-up action plan and report
- To conduct product and sales technique
- Track & monitor staff development
- Work in conjunction with training manager to identify the more appropriate training intervention to support business needs
- Provide on-the-job training coaching to internal and client sales team whenever required
- Incorporates innovative approaches and best practice into learning solutions and work processes
- New product launch and assist and support special event whenever required

**Salary Range**:RM2500 - RM4000 (Basic + Allowance + Incentive)

Parking, Petrol, Outstation can claim.

**Other Benefit**: EPF, SOCSO, Insurance, Medical Claim, Annual Leave, Laptop

**Requirement**:

- At least one year or working experience in the related field
- Preferable Junior Executives specializing in training & development and familiar with telecommunication product
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in _**Chinese, English & Malay**_
- Age between 20-40 years old

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
