**About the Role**

We are seeking an **experienced and highly capable HR Specialist** to take the lead in recruiting, managing, and developing a talented team of English-speaking professionals across multiple roles. This position requires someone with strong organizational and leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced computer proficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee databases, records, and documentation with accuracy and discretion.
- Support management in workforce planning, employee relations, and performance tracking.
- Implement HR systems, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and organization.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal company policies.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.

**Requirements**:
**Experience is a must** — Minimum **1-5 years** in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a similar HR leadership role.
**Excellent English fluency** — both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Advanced computer skills** — proficiency in **Google Workspace**, **Microsoft Office**, **HR software**, and modern communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Notion).
**Highly organized and detail-oriented**, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
**Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with a proactive and professional attitude.
Experience in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, or related field preferred.
