**Jobs Descriptions**:

- Conduct daily checks of actual overtime hours worked and assist in planning future overtime schedules based on production requirements.
- Request raw materials as needed for production and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to avoid downtime.
- Report actual usage of raw materials and corresponding costs, ensuring accurate records for budgeting and cost control.
- Process night shift allowances, ensuring forms are approved by the manager before submitting to HR for processing.
- Prepare weekly reports on chocolate chip production, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.
- Submit monthly reports on cream chocolate chip production, capturing relevant details for analysis and performance tracking.
- Handle the preparation and submission of purchase orders for raw materials and supplies.
- Maintain records of raw material ingredients in a dedicated logbook to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Organize and file report papers, maintaining a systematic record for future reference and audits.
- Record monthly gas usage and submit reports to the accounts department for tracking and reconciliation.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as handling FOMEMA forms, permit renewals, and other necessary paperwork.
- Prepare and submit daily attendance reports for both permanent staff and contract workers to management.
- Manage leave forms by obtaining managerial signatures and submitting them to HR for approval.
- Key in production output data (time, output of cream, chocolate chips, and paper cups) and record any rejected items in Google Sheets.
- Monitor, distribute, and manage PPE (gloves, face masks, smocks, hairnets) to ensure production staff are properly equipped.
- Update and submit production output reports to the manager for review and approval.
- Prepare and submit a monthly summary of rejected items to the accounts department for proper tracking and analysis.
- Update the production name list if there are any changes in shift assignments or team structure.
- Create purchase requisitions for PPE supplies (shoes, smocks, hair caps, shoe covers, disposable smocks) as needed.
- Prepare daily production forms, including output forms, reject forms, and internal communication documents, for team use.
- Manage staff lockers, ensuring proper assignment and updating of any changes.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Being able to start immediately will be an advantage.
- A person who pays attention to details.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seberang Perai Tengah.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
