JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Set & monitor team sales goals.
- Planning & target setting for the agent sales team.
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets.
- Recruitment & management of agency channel team members.
- Training, motivating and developments of team members.
- Meet personal minimum sales goals.
- Facilitate professional development of team.
- Provide customer service product.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Malaysian only.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Sales
- Financial Service (Insurance, Unit Trust, ect) or equivalent.
- Ex-banker or other insurance agents are encouraged to apply.
- Required skills: Business development, recruitment, sales management, communication & monitoring, planning & strategic management, customer relationship management (CRM), financial planning, project management, business plan, result-oriented, professionalism, problem solving & analytical skills and teamwork.
- Experience in BANKING & SALES will be added advantage.
