- Key tasks include:
- Support in Product Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product requirements and features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.-
- Support in user Research: Support in conducting user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience.-
- Support in Market Analysis: Support in performing market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.-
- Support in documentation: Support the creation and maintenance detailed product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria-
- Support in Quality Assurance: Support the QA process by reviewing and testing product features to ensure they meet the required standards.- Your skills and experience- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.-
- Strong interest in digital products, user experience, and technology trends.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.-
- A team player who can work effectively in a cross-functional environment.-
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.-
- Ability to conduct Chinese market research, analyse data, and draw actionable insights.-
- Experience using Chinese social media platforms such as XiaoHongShu.-
