Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Analyst who will be responsible for the financial activities of Xsolla Regional Offices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Allocate actual expenses to the appropriate budget departments and ensure accurate recording.
- Coordinate with regional accounting offices to allocate payroll expenses correctly.
- Verify that expenses are recorded in accordance with approved budget plans.
- Maintain and update financial data accurately in financial tools.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in financial operations.
- Stay informed about developments and updates in the financial industry.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the budget performance.
- Address and resolve budget-related inquiries from regional Xsolla offices.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor or master in Finance and Accounting
- Finance 1-2 years experience in budget control or budget planning will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced skills in Excel, and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc)
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing skills
- The ability to use SQL, Google Sheets query, and BigQuery is advantageous
- The ability to use Oracle Netsuite is preferred
- The ability to use Anaplan and JIRA tools is preferred
