**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute TikTok live strategies** aligned with clients’ objectives and target audiences.
- **Oversee end-to-end execution of TikTok Live events**, including planning, scheduling, content creation, and live stream hosting.
- **Manage and collaborate closely with live hosts** by providing training and guidance to ensure smooth and effective execution of live sessions
- **Plan and schedule TikTok Live sessions and content calendar** based on optimal times for audience engagement and client needs.
- **Track and analyze the performance of TikTok Live sessions**, including viewer count, engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.
- **Stay current on TikTok trends, new features, and platform changes** to continuously optimize live streaming strategies.
- **Manage audience engagement & community management** to build and engage a loyal community.
- **Collaborate closely with internal teams** to ensure smooth operations and drive effective teamwork.
- **Establish strong rapport and effective communication with clients** to provide updates and align with their expectations for successful outcomes.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience with Shopee and TikTok in an agency setting is a plus.
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
- Creative thinker with innovative ideas.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
