**JOB VACANCY**

**POSITION : SERVICE ADVISOR**

**LOCATION: KAPAR, KLANG**

**SALARY : RM 3000-4500**
- Greet and welcome customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and repair needs
- Prepare detailed repair estimates and obtain customer approval for recommended services
- Coordinate the workflow of the service department, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and work orders
- Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle repairs and address any concerns
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts as needed
- Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and the repair process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address customer concerns
- Proficient in using automotive service management software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
