Management Accountant

**Responsibilities**:
- Gather and analyse financial data
- Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
- Analyses and explains variances between forecasts and actual results
- Forecast financial results and tracking actuals for cost accounting lines
- Audit expenses and find ways to make operations more cost-efficient
- Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
- Estimate product costs for existing and new products
- Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions
- Conduct market research to support future business planning
- Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
- Work with key stakeholders to identify project risks and track them
- Prepare reports such as costing report and inventory report to help management make better decisions
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent
- Member of CIMA/ICAEW/MICPA/MIA/ACCA/CPA
- Minimum 3 to 5 years related working experience preferably in costing/analytics or account/auditing, etc.
- Prefer with experience in Agriculture, Manufacturing and Trading sector
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role is required to communicate with employees/vendors
- Excellent ability for problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimisation
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the company with various ad-hoc analysis skills
