The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Manage Affiliates: Own end-to-end relationships with Shopee Affiliates, from onboarding to performance tracking and engagement
- Campaign Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and partners to plan and execute Affiliates activities across platforms
- Performance Optimization: Analyze data to evaluate campaign impact and continuously improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, analytics, operations, and product teams to align campaign goals and streamline Affiliates operations
- Market Research: Stay updated on influencer trends, content formats, and competitor programs to keep Shopee ahead of the curve

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experienced in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Key Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Campaigns
- Experienced in managing relationships and running campaigns with influencers or content creators
- Comfortable using data and Excel/Google Sheets to drive performance decisions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for e-commerce, social media, and creator economy
