**Qualification**:
**Education**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- Additional training in document control or CMMS is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of clerical or administrative experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Experience in offshore documentation is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CMMS (SAP, Maximo) and electronic document management systems (EDMS such as Aconex, SharePoint, or Documentum).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, manuals, and inspection reports.
- Support engineering and maintenance teams with data entry into CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo), including work orders, asset details, and spare parts information.
- Coordinate the flow of engineering documents between departments and external vendors or contractors.
- Monitor and track document revisions and ensure timely updates and approvals in accordance with document control procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, schedules, and presentations for audits, inspections, or internal reviews.
- Liaise with offshore or on-site teams to gather operational data and resolve documentation queries.
- Support project teams in compiling final documentation packages for project handovers or close-outs.
- Ensure proper archiving of completed project files and operational records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
