**Working Hours**: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
**Workdays**: 5.5 days per week

**Position Overview**:
MASAERO MLC SDN. BHD. is looking for a proactive and experienced Supervisor to manage Linen and Laundry Services (LLS) at Hospital Tangkak. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service quality, and driving continuous improvements aligned with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor LLS performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Develop and oversee the Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP).
- Manage daily operations, including porter services and staff scheduling.
- Conduct regular unit visits and coordinate with relevant personnel.
- Coach and support operators to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of clean and soiled linen.
- Address user complaints and update system records accordingly.
- Prepare linen rejection reports and provide performance analysis with improvement suggestions.
- Plan and deliver training to vendor staff to meet department and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, IMS standards, Quality Assurance, and company policies.
- Make decisions in line with the company’s mission and core values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in housekeeping, linen laundry, or a related field, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good leadership and communication abilities.
