**Position Title: Digital Marketing Team Lead**

Our client is a China-based company specializing in advertising, consulting, and design services, with a strong focus on overseas markets, including TikTok Shop investments and the cross-border (BC) e-commerce industry. They are currently seeking a **Digital Marketing Team Lead** to oversee the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms like TikTok and Google, while managing a team to drive lead generation and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring campaign strategies align with overall business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization for TikTok and Google paid ads.
- Manage advertising accounts, ensuring compliance, account health, and effective budget utilization to maintain target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide strategic direction for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align messaging, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Ensure efficient lead transfer to private domain platforms (e.g., WhatsApp), and implement tactics to increase conversion rates and engagement.
- Develop SOPs, reporting frameworks, and workflows to standardize processes and improve team efficiency.
- Stay updated on platform policies, digital trends, and new tools to drive innovation and compliance.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in TikTok or Google paid advertising, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven experience in managing high-performing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing ad spend.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition funnels and private domain conversion strategies.
- Skilled in ad account maintenance and preventing policy violations or account bans.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies quickly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and grow a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Arrangement**:

- 5.5 Working Days
- 11am to 8pm
- Fully Onsite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
