Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as wages, allowances, claims, leave & staff medical benefits as per HR policy and guideline.
- Supervise driver, dispatch and office cleaner for smooth office operations.
- Prepare and compile reports Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents Accountable for the efficient and effective filling of all HR documents within personnel files.
- Be responsible for the strategic planning of the human resources function which supports the achievement of local business objectives.
- Formulate policies and supervise policy and legal compliance. Be in charge of overseeing general office administration in all offices.
- Perform day-to-day human resources management timely with high quality. Manage general office issues for daily running of the company.
- Coordinate with Kuantan office and Kuala Lumpur office. Implement HR strategy which supports and align with corporate strategy and local business objectives.
- Manpower management to ensure the manpower planning document is developed and updated, provide accurate and timely HR Management reports to Managing Director.
- Recruitment: Develop the local recruitment strategy, manage the process to meet the deadline and manpower requirements.
- Compensation and benefit: create, update and implement company's compensation and benefits policy, process salary increase, promotion salary increase, promotion increase program, participate surveys of total remuneration Career and succession planning:
- Act as an initial point of contact for managers/employees to ensure process effectiveness. Policies and procedure: create, implement and review local policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and Malaysia.
- Budgeting: prepare, review and control salary and benefits’ budget. External Affairs Liaison: act as a company representative with external agencies on employment related activities.
- HR Administration: provide general administrative in office. Office contract and negotiations: perform timely the review of related office contracts and negotiate for the best term and conditions.
- Office security and maintenance: manage timely the programming of security doors and the maintenance of common areas, work station.
- Office lease renewal/relocation according to the Company’s policies and procedures. Counseling leadership and planning for Management and Staffs. Able to work independently and multitasking.
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field or at least 5 years.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
