We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor/ Product Genius that are based at Kuantan who can fascinate people with their encyclopedic knowledge of motor vehicles.

Job Duties:

- Functionally reports to Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager.
- Based in Retail Experience Centers nationwide - RX1, RX2 and RX4.
- Professionally attend to all customers' needs and enquiries according to Retail Experience SLA.
- First contact person to handle customers' complaints pre and post sales.
- Handling of Bookings for both Inspections and Test Drives in RX1 & RX2.
- Manage the slot availability for both Test Drives and Inspections in Retail Centers.
- Manage the service bookings for Retail Customer on regular maintenance in RX3.
- On the financing needs - to consult the customers on their financials, commitment, loan capacity, existing loan balances and explains in depth on the implications of HP Loans.
- On the Insurance needs - to provide the customers the optimum insurance coverage based on the carpurchased, and the unique selling point of each Motor Vehicle Insurance

Job Requirement:

- Professional appearance and attitude & excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of financing and basic mathematics skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
