We are looking for a passionate and analytical **Product Marketing Specialist** to support our product and marketing operations in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with **1-3 years of experience** in digital marketing, media, or technology who wants to grow into a regional product or marketing leadership role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **market and competitor research** to identify emerging digital trends and opportunities.
- Collect and analyze client and user feedback to recommend product improvements.
- Collaborate with the IT/product team to refine features and improve user experience.
- Assist in **product localization** and ensure relevance for Malaysian market needs.
- Support marketing initiatives — prepare case studies, content, and product launch materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable insight reports.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure smooth communication between business, marketing, and tech functions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Data Analytics.
- **1-3 years of experience** in product marketing, digital marketing, or advertising (agency or tech background preferred).
- Understanding of **SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital analytics tools**.
- Good analytical and communication skills — able to turn data into clear insights.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and tech teams.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**; Mandarin is an advantage.
