JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the Hygiene & HACCP Manager with the day to day requirements of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha.
- Be responsible for maintaining the highest level of Food Hygiene and Safety standards in the hotel.
- Work mostly in the production areas, monitoring that food safety procedures are being followed.
- Ensure proper documentation and records are completed by the responsible parties.
- Problem solving as relates to food and safety issues.
- Help maintain the ISO 22000:2005 certification in the F&B Department such as food production area and all areas involved in the Food chain.
- Assist with enforcing food safety program and procedures, GMP policy and personal hygiene policies.
- Perform and record Food Safety inspection and report any irregularities and take proper corrective action.
- Responsible for quality and safety checks for all raw and prepared food products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Should be a HACCP/Food Safety Level 3 trained.
- Applicants should possess relevant educational qualification.
- Work experience of at least 3 years in similar field is needed.
- Experience in inspecting Food premises, write reports, and fill the check-lists.
- Specialized qualification in food safety and hygiene will be an advantage.
- Should possess a track record of food safety and hygiene within the food industry.
- Ability to liaise with all departments.
- Should possess excellent communication skills.
- Very good computer skills.
