Monitors all stewarding operating costs, and takes corrective action as necessary.
- Maximizes employee productivity in order to organize payroll/costs.
- The stewarding supervisor has to report to duty on time and before the next shift.
- Has to take over the shift of the stewarding supervisor. All keys should be taken from the other supervisor steward.
- To check all the chemicals that are required for the shift are available, especially those required by the pot wash and dish washer.
- To inspect the kitchen area and check that the dish washing machines are in good condition.
- Ensures the garbage cans in the entire kitchen area are changed. Also the other areas which need to be changed.
- Set-up the weekly events according to the requirements.
- Should inspect the areas when all the employees have finished their job and to ensure all unnecessary lighting is switched off. Also to ensure the dish washing machine power supply is shut off and the steam valves closed properly.
- To perform any other duties as directed by the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
