**Job Purpose**

The Invoicing Assistant/Clerk is responsible for handling the entire invoicing process, from receiving and verifying invoices to recording them in the system. This role ensures timely and accurate billing, follows up on overdue payments, and maintains financial records. The position also supports the finance department with reporting and reconciliation tasks, contributing to an efficient invoicing workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and verify invoices from appointed agents and suppliers.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently in the OA system.
- Ensure all invoices align with purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contract terms.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all invoices, payments, and related financial data.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding billing, invoicing, and payment-related matters.
- Support the optimization of the OA system to enhance invoice processing.
- Assist the finance team with other administrative or clerical tasks as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,896.48 per month
