**HR Administrator**

Your new job includes- facilitate the administration of benefits and insurance’s employee listing which includes registration, termination and amendments, while also processing all insurance and authority-related claims on timely.
- develop and maintain a recordkeeping system or process to properly document and safe keep company documents, including consolidation of documents and its archival with external vendors.
- review documents and invoices submitted to Finance and to other local and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with the Company Policy.
- answer calls and attend to enquiries while exhibiting the Heinemann values.
- support the Human Resources Team during engagement activities and participate in any other projects that may be assigned with the aim of achieving the planned results, while actively living our Heinemann culture and values.

What you should bring along
- a Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent with prior experience in Office or Human Resources Administration.
- proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably an HR-related system.
- has good interpersonal and communication skills in English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.
- a can-do attitude and clear focus on achieving goals within a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
